Reporting & Data

Three reporting views for behavior, performance, and profitability

Reporting & Data

Reporting in CasinoFlux is designed to answer three questions:

Is my traffic converting? Is it profitable? When should I start scaling?

CasinoFlux provides multiple reporting views because no single report tells the full story.

Each report serves a specific purpose.

The Three Reporting Views

CasinoFlux offers three primary reporting views:

  1. Site Analytics
  2. Site Overview
  3. Site Report

Each exists to answer a different type of question.

Site Analytics (Behavioral Data)

Site Analytics focuses on what users do on your landing pages.

This data is collected via a self-hosted tracking pixel and is available for every Site.

What It Shows

  • Page views
  • Bounce rate
  • Time on site
  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • Geography

When to Use It

Use Site Analytics to:

  • Identify poor-performing layouts
  • Compare themes and designs
  • Detect mobile or device issues
  • Improve conversion rate before scaling spend

This data does not represent revenue or profitability.

Site Overview (Performance Summary)

Site Overview provides a high-level performance snapshot across your operation.

What It Shows

  • Registrations
  • Conversions
  • Deposits
  • EPC
  • Revenue (when available)

Metrics can be filtered by:

  • Site
  • Campaign
  • Market
  • Date range

When to Use It

Use Site Overview to:

  • Monitor active campaigns
  • Spot early winners or losers
  • Compare markets at a glance

This view favors speed over depth.

Site Report (Detailed Performance)

Site Report is the source of truth for performance analysis.

What It Shows

  • Campaign-level metrics
  • Site-level breakdowns
  • Casino-level performance
  • Conversion and revenue data

Site Overview and Site Report data is pulled via the API Gateway and normalized across platforms. Site Analytics is real-time and also retains historical data for past analysis.

Filters and Customization

Site Report supports:

  • Advanced filters
  • Column selection
  • Saved presets

Use presets to:

  • Create role-specific views
  • Switch quickly between analysis modes
  • Standardize reporting across a team

Understanding Data Timing

Not all metrics update at the same speed.

Real-Time Metrics

  • Clicks

All other metrics — registrations, deposits, rev-share, NGR — are delayed by approximately 24 hours. This is standard practice in the online casino affiliate industry.

Real-time conversion data (registrations, deposits) is only available if postback tracking is set up. That data is found under the Postback menu, not in Site Overview or Site Report.

Delayed Metrics

  • Registrations
  • Deposits
  • Rev-share
  • NGR

Delayed metrics typically update within ~24 hours.

This is expected behavior.

How CasinoFlux Calculates Key Metrics

EPC (Earnings Per Click)

EPC is calculated using:

  • Real-time clicks
  • Available total earnings/commission

On day one, EPC may appear low or zero.

This does not indicate failure.

Handling Discrepancies

You may see differences between:

  • Casino affiliate dashboards
  • CasinoFlux reports
  • Traffic source reports

Common causes include:

  • Timezone differences
  • Data delays
  • Attribution rules
  • API limitations

CasinoFlux prioritizes consistency and historical accuracy over short-term precision.

Best Practices for Reading Reports

  • Do not optimize on day one
    Let revenue data mature.

  • Separate behavior from revenue
Use Site Analytics and Site Report together.

  • Compare like with like
Do not compare different geos or deals blindly.

  • Use presets
    Consistency beats ad-hoc analysis.

Common Reporting Mistakes

Avoid the following:

  • Killing campaigns before a proper assessment
  • Optimizing on partial data
  • Treating EPC as static

Most bad decisions come from impatience, not bad data.

Summary

Reporting in CasinoFlux is layered by design.

  • Site Analytics explains behavior
  • Site Overview explains performance
  • Site Report explains profitability

Use the right report for the right question.

Trust the system. Let the data mature. Optimize with context.
