Platform Overview
How the platform is structured and where to find everything
Platform Overview
CasinoFlux is designed around how media buying teams actually operate, not around isolated features.
This overview explains:
- How the platform is structured
- What each main section is responsible for
- Where to go depending on what you are trying to achieve
If you understand this page, you will never feel lost in the platform.
How to Think About CasinoFlux
CasinoFlux can be understood as four layers:
- Setup Layer – defining what you promote
- Execution Layer – launching and tracking campaigns
- Optimization Layer – improving performance
- Control Layer – compliance, security, and operations
Each section of the platform belongs to one of these layers.
Setup Layer
This is where you define the building blocks of your operation.
Offers
Offers represent the commercial and technical connection to casino operators.
Use Offers to:
- Configure affiliate platform integrations
- Define which deals are tracked
- Control how revenue data is fetched
Offers are created once and reused across campaigns and sites.
Casinos
Casinos represent the player-facing brands.
Use Casinos to:
- Manage welcome offers and brand assets
- Populate landing pages automatically
Casino entries power Sites.
Sites
Sites are your landing pages and offer walls.
Use Sites to:
- Launch new markets quickly
- Test layouts and themes
- Optimize conversion rates
- Monitor site-specific performance data
- Sort casino order manually or automatically using Flux's intelligent sorting engine
Each site has its own configuration panel where you can monitor site-specific data, adjust casino ordering, and make any other site-level changes.
For a total overview of performance across all sites, go to Data → Site Overview or Site Report to analyse campaign performance across all sources and markets.
Sites can exist independently of campaigns and tracking.
Execution Layer
This layer connects your setup to live traffic.
Campaigns
Campaigns tie:
- Sites
- Offers
- Traffic sources
Use Campaigns when you want:
- Real-time conversion tracking
- Traffic source optimization
- Accurate attribution
If you are not using postbacks, campaigns are optional.
Integrations
Integrations connect CasinoFlux to the tools and services you rely on.
This includes:
- Cloudflare — CDN and custom domain management
- Namecheap / GoDaddy — domain registration and management
- OpenAI — AI content generation for sub-pages
Integrations also power Flux's proprietary click tracking service, which connects the platform to paid media sources such as Google Ads, Meta, and other major traffic platforms for postback tracking and conversion upload.
Optimization Layer
This is where performance is improved over time.
Sorting & Positioning
CasinoFlux allows dynamic ordering of offers based on performance.
Use sorting to:
- Push high EPC offers
- Rotate new or exclusive deals
- Automate optimization logic
Sorting can be manual or automatic, based on Flux's own sorting engine — which can be customised if needed.
Traffic Filter
The traffic filter controls what users see after they click an ad.
Use it to:
- A/B test multiple sites
- Route traffic based on keyword or campaign
- Improve relevance and conversion rates
This is a Pro and Enterprise feature, and especially important when working across different color markets.
Control Layer
This layer keeps operations scalable and compliant.
Domains
Domains centralize all landing page domains.
Use Domains to:
- Track expiry dates
- See where domains are in use
- Manage registrar integrations
Pages & Compliance
CasinoFlux automatically generates required compliance pages.
This includes:
- Privacy policy
- Terms and conditions
- Responsible gambling page
- Footer disclaimer
- Responsible gambling logos
Pages are localized per market.
Cloudflare Integration
Cloudflare adds an optional security and performance layer.
Use it to:
- Control SSL modes
- Route sites through different accounts
- Improve uptime and protection
- Tag any site to a custom domain
- Use Cloudflare as a CDN layer for extra performance and security
Tasks
Tasks help teams stay organized.
Use Tasks to:
- Track operational work
- Coordinate between team members
- Avoid manual follow-ups
Reporting & Data
Reporting exists across multiple levels:
Site Analytics
Site Analytics tracks user behaviour on your landing page in real time.
On-page data includes:
- Bounce rate
- Time on site
- Device and OS
Site Overview
Site Overview provides a high-level performance view of all live sites combined. Use it to get an aggregate picture of how your operation is performing, with the ability to segment further by specific site or market.
Site Report
Site Report is the micro-level counterpart to Site Overview — a detailed, table-based view familiar to anyone who has analysed affiliate casino performance on affiliate platforms.
It includes full filtering and sorting options, custom view presets, column re-arrangement, and granular data including conversions, deposits, revenue, EPC, and more. This is where detailed performance analysis and final optimization decisions are made.
How to Navigate the Platform Effectively
If you want to:
- Launch fast → Offers → Casinos → Sites
- Do real-time tracking → Traffic Source → Campaigns
- Understand performance → Site Overview → Site Report
- Launch Regulated → Sites → Pages → Footer Settings
Use the platform with intent, not curiosity.
